The Master Products MT Dry 200 LiTE is a compact, high-capacity dry trimming machine developed for small and medium-scale producers who need increased processing capacity without moving to a larger industrial system.

Powered by a 120W motor and equipped with a 25cm-diameter stainless steel and aluminium barrel, the MT Dry 200 LiTE can process up to approximately 2.5kg of dry flowers per hour. Its extended barrel provides greater capacity than the smaller MT Dry 100 LiTE while retaining the simple operation, compact footprint and tool-free maintenance system of the LiTE range.

The machine is designed for operation by a single user and includes adjustable barrel speed, a blade-tensioning system, supporting guide wheels and a tilting structure for easier loading. Its compact construction makes it suitable for production areas where space, portability and straightforward maintenance are important.

Compact Dry Trimmer with Increased Capacity

The MT Dry 200 LiTE combines a relatively small footprint with a production capacity of up to 2.5kg per hour. Each batch can accommodate approximately 450–550g, although actual capacity will depend on the flower structure, variety, moisture level and required finish.

Its longer barrel allows more material to be processed during each cycle while maintaining the controlled rotation and cutting precision associated with the Master Products LiTE range.

Precise and Adjustable Dry Trimming

A variable speed regulator allows the barrel to operate between approximately 30 and 50 RPM. This gives the operator greater control over the trimming process and makes it possible to adapt the machine to different flower varieties, sizes and finishing requirements.

The PE-1000 blade system and integrated blade tensioner are designed to produce a consistent cut while minimising unnecessary impact on the processed material. Supporting guide wheels help maintain accurate barrel rotation throughout the trimming cycle.

Simple Single-Operator Workflow

The Master Products MT Dry 200 LiTE has been designed around a straightforward workflow that can be managed by one operator. Material is loaded using the tilting frame, the required barrel speed is selected and the flowers are automatically rotated against the cutting system.

The enclosed collection box captures trimmed material beneath the machine, helping to keep the working area organised without requiring a separate suction system.

Tool-Free Disassembly and Fast Cleaning

Routine cleaning is simplified by the MT Dry 200 LiTE’s tool-free assembly system. The processing barrel, blade and accessible internal components can be removed without specialist tools, allowing the machine to be dismantled and cleaned quickly between batches.

Master Products states that the machine can be disassembled and cleaned in under one minute when the recommended cleaning procedure is followed. Reduced cleaning downtime helps operators maintain productivity while supporting consistent hygiene between processing cycles.

Adjustable Barrel Speed

The integrated speed controller allows the operator to adjust the barrel between approximately 30 and 50 RPM. A lower or higher rotational speed can be selected according to the condition, density and structure of the material being processed.

This adjustability provides greater control over the finish than a fixed-speed trimming machine and helps users establish repeatable settings for different batches.

Optional Dry Sift Extraction Barrel

The versatility of the MT Dry 200 LiTE can be expanded with an optional 120-micron stainless steel mesh barrel. When fitted with this accessory, the machine can be converted from a dry trimmer into a high-capacity dry sift or pollen extraction system.

The optional extraction barrel uses a hexagonal design with independently replaceable mesh panels. Its rotating action is engineered to move the material consistently through the barrel while supporting controlled trichome separation.

Different mesh micron options may be available to suit specific processing requirements. The pollen extraction barrel is an optional accessory unless expressly included in the selected package.
