We accept cash, bank transfers, PayPal, all major Debit and Credit Cards as well as a one-click bank transfer service. Look out for the ‘1-click instant payment’ button at checkout. Click on this button to pay with a fast 1-click transfer. You also have the option to receive your items straight away but pay for them in interest-free instalments with payment platforms like Clearpay, Paypal Credit and Klarna.

If you've found an item cheaper than us, please contact us for a price match.
We will be happy to price match legitimate competitors, however on occasion an illegitimate price may exist online (for example an outdated website, a stock clearance sale or a non-physical shop).

We also offer in-store accounts with custom pricing for regular shoppers, allowing our loyal customers to receive generous discounts. The more you spend on a regular basis, the more you save!

Yes! We have a large well-stocked shop on the outskirts of Sheffield where we do everything we can to display all the products that we sell.
We display a wide range of hydroponic and horticultural equipment - from grow systems, environmental control products to plant nutrients and much more!
Because we have many years experience with much of the equipment we sell, we're well placed to provide you with detailed and honest advice.

Free delivery up to 25 KG (Orders over £75) 1-2 day service
Royal mail tracked 24 - £3.99 (up to 2KG only)
Royal mail tracked 48 - £3.29 (up to 2KG only)
Next working day - £6.75 up to 25KG (orders under £75)
Next working day - £9.95 Over 25KG (orders under £75)
Next working day - A.M. £10.95 Under 25KG
Next working day - A.M. £14.95 Over 25KG

Bulky Goods
Items that exceed 1m in length or are bulky in volume will incur a Bulky Goods surcharge (per item).
Bulky Goods Shipping Charges (excludes highlands):
Economy (3-5 Days) £8.95
Express (1-2 Days) £21.95
All packages are shipped in plain, discrete packaging. Absolutely NO information is passed to third parties.
Please note that paid for next day delivery only applies if you order before 1PM Monday to Thursday.
Our UK delivery zones: In the UK we have 4 zones. Prices and parcel delivery times vary by zone.

What shipping courier do you use?
We use Royal Mail for smaller items, DPD and FedEx for all standard size and weight orders, and ParcelForce for orders that require multiple parcels (within UK mainland). Unless otherwise stated, all orders will go out on a 'next working day' delivery service.
If an order is a bulky item or over 25kg we may use an alternative courier capable of accommodating this.
For European orders we use Parcel2go to search for a suitable courier.

Delivery times are dependant on the selected delivery option. In the vast majority of cases, if you order before 1pm we will dispatch the same day.

European Orders
When making an order with us from within Europe, select
country at the checkout. VAT (Value Added Tax) will then be deducted at the
checkout and we’ll contact you with two pricing options:
DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid)
Pay us for the cost of the goods
and shipping only, without local taxes, duties and import charges included.
This will initially be cheaper, however you will then be contacted by your
courier and charged for tax, duties and import fees upon entering your country.
This may also delay your order as your local customs authority or courier will
hold the parcel until payment has been made.
DDP (Delivery Duties Paid)
Pay us for the cost of the goods,
shipping and all taxes, duties and import charges. This is the easiest, fastest
and usually the cheapest method overall and will ensure that your parcel
arrives with you without being delayed/held by customs. This is our recommend
option.
Alternatively, please contact us prior to checking out and
paying for your goods. This is recommended for larger orders and special items.
We offer competitively priced pallet shipping options for larger orders.
For other countries outside of Europe, please contact us
prior to making an order.

On the rare occasion that an error was made by a member of our packing team, we will move fast to rectify this at our own cost.

In the unusual event of an item you ordered not working, please contact us immediately. Providing the product is covered by a warranty or guarantee (or if it's within the timeframe provided by your statutory rights), we will arrange collection of the faulty item with a courier and provide you with a repair, replacement or refund.

Generally, most items have a manufacturer’s warranty of one year, some items may have longer. If you find an item, you have purchased from us fails please do get in touch with us or bring the item down to the shop for us to inspect it and if the item is still within its warranty period and it is faulty due to no fault of your own, we will happily swap your faulty item for a new one. Most items have a code on them relating to the date of manufacture so we can work out how long you will have had the item and be able to find out if it is still in warranty. If by chance you do have a receipt of purchase, then please do provide us with that to make things easier.
