All orders are packed in plain discreet parcels with non descript labels for your personal security.
We offer the following shipping options to the mainland UK.

Items that exceed 1m in length or are bulky in volume will incur a Bulky Goods surcharge (per item).

Please note that paid for next day delivery only applies if you order before 2PM Monday to Thursday.
Failed Delivery & Return Policy
If your parcel is returned to us because it wasn’t collected, nobody was home, or you didn’t respond to the courier:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
A return-to-sender fee will apply.
You can then choose one of the following:
Resend: You cover all new shipping costs.
Refund: We deduct courier charges and a 20% admin/restocking fee.
Please track your parcel and ensure someone is available to receive it or collect it on time – it saves wasted time, money, and shipping.
Tracking your consignments
Our deliveries are handled by FedEx or Parcelforce depending on the weight, number of boxes and location. You are able to track your parcels by using your consignment number or customer reference and postcode. If using a reference number to search, please also insert the delivery postcode. You will receive an email on the day for dispatch confirming your order and tracking number.

International Shipping
For international orders, UK taxes will be removed but you’ll need to cover delivery costs and pay any local import duties and taxes upon receipt. Please note that we are not responsible for items returned at customs, as we cannot track product restrictions for all countries. It's your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.
How much is delivery?
Cost of delivery will depend on the size and weight of your parcel. A flat rate shipping fee will be added at the checkout, depending on weight. Below is a guide:

If the cost for us to ship your parcel is higher, we’ll notify you with the final amount for payment. Alternatively, if the cost is lower, we will issue you a refund for the difference. For an accurate quote, contact us prior to making an order.
How long will shipping take?
Delivery usually takes 2-4 days within Europe, 2 days to the USA, and up to 11 days for the rest of the world, though customs may cause delays. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number. If your order hasn’t arrived after three weeks, contact us and we'll look into it for you.
Will I be charged VAT and duties?
Yes. Prices are shown excluding UK tax, but your local import taxes will apply. Customs may also require specific documentation which we will provide with the parcel when applicable, but which may be your responsibility to also provide. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details.
You'll also be charged a handling fee (duties) by the relevant country upon arrival at port. This is usually around £20-100 depending on the item, value and country. It is impossible for us to know the exact amount of this charge in advance, however you may be able to find this out by contacting your national import authority prior to ordering.
What happens if I don’t pay taxes/fees?
We are not liable for goods returned due to customs issues or uncollected items. Failure to pay VAT/duties or provide the necessary paperwork may result in your parcel being returned or destroyed. If returned, we will refund the goods minus shipping, return costs, and a 20% restocking fee. If lost or destroyed, no refund will be issued.
Large Orders / Special Order Items
Alternatively, please contact us prior to checking out and paying for your goods. This is recommended for larger orders and special items. We offer competitively priced pallet shipping options for larger orders.
International Payment
We currently accept multiple currencies. To pay via your selected currency, please use your Mastercard or visa debit/credit card or for convenience you can use PayPal. We only currently accept GBP for bank transfers.
